XII WARSAW CHESS SOLVING GRAND PRIX  06^th – 08^th December 2013

 

System of competition – XII WGP (and Open tournament):

System and rules of competition are the same as the World Chess Solving Championship.

Arbiters

Arbiter blitz contest GM Waldemar Tura.

FSJ Ryszard Królikowski will be the director of this tournament (XII WGP + Open).

 

Accommodation and place of competitions:

Warsaw, ul. Hozjusza 2. Dom Pielgrzyma “Amicus”.

Two bed room: 166 PLN (about 20 Euro per person per day). Three bed room: 232 PLN (about 18 Euro per person per day). Two bed room for one person: 150 PLN per day (about 35 Euro). The room rate includes breakfast. Rooms with private bathrooms, satellite TV, radio and telephone. Free access to wireless internet for guests in the hotel and hot drinks during games. You can order the full board in a restaurant on site.

 

Fee

Payment of entrance fee of 50 PLN (~12 EURO) by 07^th December.

Entrance fee for women and junior U`23 players is 25 PLN (~ 6 EURO).

Players from IM on – free of charge. Blitz tournament entry fee.

 

Prizes

Cups, medals and souvenirs.

The exact list of prizes shall be given on the first day of tournament. Special prize for player who will make the biggest ranking progress in this competition.
Special prize for best player under 2000 ranking in XII WGP tournament.
